LLFITT Teens is designed for teenagers who are ready to push harder and train smarter. Group-based, positive, and engaging — it’s the perfect introduction to athletic development. Sessions include a dynamic mix of high-knee runs, sprint mechanics, agility drills, broad jumps, sled variations, push-up holds, chin-ups, and core development.
